Getting There:
Madurodam is extremely accessible through public and private transport. It takes 45 minutes to reach the park from Amsterdam and 25 minutes from Rotterdam.

By Train: From any station in the Netherlands take a train to Den Haag Centraal or to Den Haag Hollands Spoor. From either station, you can take tram 9 towards Scheveningen Noord or bus 22 towards Den Haag, Duindorp.

By Tram: From The Hague Central Station or Hollands Spoor Station, take tram 9 to Scheveningen Noord. To get to Madurodam from Scheveningen, take line 9 to Vrederust from the Zwarte Pad or Kurhaus stop. Get off at the Madurodam stop.

By Bus: From The Hague Central Station or Hollands Spoor station take bus 22 to Den Haag Duindorp.To get to Madurodam from Scheveningen, take bus 22 to Rijswijk de Schilp from Schev.slag/Beelden aan Zee or Kurhausweg stops. Get off at the Madurodam stop.

By Car: If coming from the center of The Hague (A12, A4), follow the signs for Madurodam to the slip road for the Hubertus viaduct. If coming from Wassenaar/Amsterdam (A44/N44, A4), take the N14 towards Scheveningen, ending up on the Hubertus viaduct. Drive right onto the viaduct and take the first exit towards Madurodam. Madurodam has a paid parking facility.

  • Mandatory distance of 1.5 meters between households. To this end, visitors will only be able to purchase day tickets with a specified time of arrival.
  • You will find heart-shaped markings on the ground to ensure social distancing.
  • The signage in the park has been renewed so that they are easily visible. In case of any queries, you can approach any staff member.
  • Tickets can only be bought online.
  • Disinfection points have been installed both inside and outside.
  • High contact surfaces will be cleaned regularly.
