Parking: The park offers free car parking within the premises.
Getting There:

• Bus: The line 705 bus from Ferny Ave at Palm Avenue to Sea World takes 10 min including transfers and departs every 20 minutes.
• Car: It will take about 20 minutes to reach Sea World via Gold Coast Hwy/State Route 2
  

• As part of the COVID Safe plan, it is a mandatory requirement that guests download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app and load their entry tickets.
• Social distancing of 1.5 meters must be maintained at all times throughout the park and venues where possible.
• Face masks are not mandatory however, you may wear one if you wish to do so. 
• The capacity for a few rides and attractions has been reduced to limit physical contact. 
• All common touchpoints are frequently sanitized and disinfected.
• Guests can expect changes to attractions, outlets, and entertainment offerings to comply with physical distancing guidelines.
• All dining venues are open and operating to a limited capacity. 
  

• Strollers suitable for children above 6 months of age and up to 15 kg in weight can be hired for $20.
• Guests can avail lockers that have been made available on Top Terrace, under Main Monorail Station, adjacent to Dockside Tavern and Castaway Bay. Coin-operated lockers are available for hire with costs ranging from $10 to $20.
• An ATM is located at the Top Terrace and the Plaza Food Court for visitors to use. 
• You can find registered Nurses at the Sea World First Aid Center to the left of the Sea World Exit Shop.
• The theme park offers free parking within the premises.
  

• It is complimentary to hire a wheelchair upon displaying an ID card at Sea World. However, it is recommended to pre-book with Guest Services due to limited availability.  
• Guests are welcome to bring assistance animals within the park, but they will not be allowed within restricted ride areas. 
• All main restrooms have facilities that are accessible. These are located at Castaway Bay, Top Terrace, Mid Monorail Station, Penguin Encounter, and The Plaza.
• Reserved parking is available in the first row of the car park for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit.
• It is advised that guests with any special needs should first visit Guest Services upon arrival for assistance in planning their day.
• A limited number of assisted listening devices can be hired from Guest Services for a refundable cash deposit of $25.
  

• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and drinks into the park.
• Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking (including the use of E-cigarettes) in areas other than designated smoking areas.
• Due to COVID-19 some of the animal interaction programs will be contactless.
• Flash photography is not allowed.
• Photographs and videos can only be taken for personal use.
• Guests are responsible for their personal property.

• Don't waste time waiting in long queues, instead buy your tickets online and in advance for a more hassle-free experience.
• Plan your visit well in advance. Sea World houses lots of exciting rides and attractions however, it is difficult to cover them all in one day, which is why it is important to make a list of the things you want to do before visiting the park.
• Penguins Feeding Presentation is one of the top highlights at Sea World. Most penguins you see here have been rescued. This is a clear favorite with kids and adults that simply cannot be missed.
• Outside food is not allowed, the exception applies to baby food, guests who have allergies, or pre-booked education groups.
• Ensure to carry plenty of water. It can get pretty hot and you’ll need to stay hydrated at all times.
• You can stay at the family-friendly Sea World Resort and Water Park and get direct monorail access to Sea World, which is right next door.
  

• Dockside Tavern: This eatery serves up amazing food, especially their signature Dockside fresh fish and chips, along with a variety of drinks.
• Lakeside Cafe: This cafe offers a range of seafood and other dishes to sate your hunger.
