Know Before You Visit

Here is a handy guide on everything you need to know before you begin your experience at Aquaventure Waterpark!

  • Sanitised towels are available for a price of AED 35.
  • Changing rooms and lockers are available to hire for the day but will be limited.
  • Guests can take a shuttle bus to and from the park. The shuttle bus is sanitised after every use and offers socially distanced seating.
  • Guests are advised to book tickets online before arriving at the park.
  • All resort entry points have installed thermal cameras to conduct temperature checks.
  • Air filter replacement and HVAC system cleaning has been increased.
  • Social distancing of 2 meters must be maintained at all times throughout the park where possible. The resort has deployed physical distancing ambassadors and a dedicated hygiene team to focus on high footfall areas.
  • Hand sanitising stations has been installed at various points across the park for guests to avail.
  • All common touchpoints will be frequently sanitised and disinfected.
  • Waterpark daily capacity has been significantly reduced to avoid overcrowding at the venue.
  • Atlantis restaurants are now operating at 50 per cent capacity and tables are placed with a minimum three-metre distance between diners.
  • Valet is not currently available for Aquaventure guests in light of the COVID-19.

  • Try to reach as early as possible. Aquaventure Waterpark opens at 10 AM and would be the perfect time to visit if you wish to escape the long queues.
  • Ensure to cover all the top rides at the very beginning. Leap of Faith, Blackout, Slitherine are some of the popular rides that you must not miss out on!
  • If you wish to take your phones with you, ensure to collect a waterproof pouch to put your smartphone in. Hang it around a lanyard and take it on the rides. 
  • Make your visit to Aquaventure Waterpark more special by renting GoPros that are easily available at the theme park counter. 
  • You can bring a towel in, but if you forget, you can hire one for 30 AED.
  • Entrance to the park is free for residential guests of the Atlantis Resort.
  • Your Aquaventure Waterpark ticket includes same-day access to the private Aquaventure Beach, a 700m stretch of pristine white sand.
  • Children ages two and above require a valid ticket to enter the park. Also, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Outside food and beverages, alcohol and glassware are not permitted in the park.
  • Aquaventure Waterpark is a shallow pool recreational zone and hence no diving is permitted anywhere in the park.
  • Life jackets are complimentary and available at the towel rental booths.

  • Car: Proceed to the Sheikh Zayed Road towards Jebel Ali. Turn right towards Souk Madinat Jumeirah at Interchange 4. Turn left on Al Sufouh Road and drive straight for four kilometres to take The Palm exit on your right.
  • Metro: Take the line towards Jebel Ali and stop at the Mall of the Emirates Station. From here, you can take a taxi to reach the waterpark in 15 minutes.
  • Taxi: You can book a taxi from Dubai International Airport to Aquaventure at a fare of AED 100.
