Ultra All-Inclusive Package

Sundowner Pass
Valid on Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs - guests gain complete access to Laguna Waterpark that includes entry to all rides, play areas and the beach. Infants under 2 years can enter for free.
Family & Friend's Pass
Pay for 3 tickets and get 1 ticket free. The pass is valid for friends or groups of four. Gain access to Slide Zone and Surf Zone along with availing unlimited food & beverages at the park. Infants under 2 years can enter for free.
Cabana Experience
Gain access to 11 cabanas reserved for you the whole day. It includes entry for 4 guests per Cabana and can add a maximum of 2 additional guests per cabana. From sun loungers and a Signature fruit platter to accessing all rides, play areas and the beach - this pass has a lot to offer!
Resident Annual Pass
The pass gives 1-year validity even on public holidays. Gain one free Roxy Cinema experience along with a 20% discount on food & beverages and all retail merchandise in Le Shop.

- The best time to visit the Laguna Waterpark is during Dubai's summer months when you can take a break from the scorching heat of the sun. Thus, visiting the waterpark between late February and early October would be ideal.

Parking: La Mer has over 1,100 parking spaces. You are entitled to 4 hours of free parking with a minimum spend of AED100 at Laguna Waterpark. Standard and VIP valet parking services are also available upon request.
Getting There:
- Bus: Get down at Century Plaza 1 or Century Plaza 2 using bus 8, 9, 88, C10 or X28 and walk towards the beach.
- Shuttle Bus: Complimentary shuttle buses are provided from key hotels around Dubai to La Mer.
- Car: If you're coming by car, feeding in La Mer on your GPS should get you to the right location.
- Guests can avail the changing rooms and showers made available at Laguna Waterpark.
- Life vests are available for all age groups
- Swim diapers can be purchased at the waterpark if required.
- Lockers are available for rent is three sizes: Small, Medium and Large.

- Certain rides have a height restriction of 1.2 meters. You are required to adhere to the height requirements strictly.
- Being a shallow water facility, diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
- Guests with medical history of physical disability , heart conditions or injuries are requested to refrain from participating in the rides.
- Unruly behavior, horseplay and queue jumping is strictly prohibited across all rides.
- Appropriate swimwear is required and some of the things that are not permitted are; Underwear, Transparent bathing suits, Street clothes, long flowing clothing, Shorts with protruding rivets, buckles and long necklaces, chains, metal hair clips and large hoop earrings. The swimsuits must also contain materials abrasive to other swimmers and the slides.
- Avoid wear lenses as the water maybe harmful.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult no younger than 18.
