Parking: Mall of Emirates offers free parking on weekends and public holidays. Between Sunday - Thursday, parking is free for up to four hours, after which a fee will be levied for every additional hour or part of an hour. During the week, parking is open from 6 AM to 2 AM. Patrons of Ski Dubai can redeem two additional free hours of parking.
Getting There:
- You can pre-book your outfit and equipment online ahead of your visit, all you need to do is enter your 10-digits booking ID.
- The entire premises is wheelchair accessible, and you can even hire a wheelchair upon entrance to the Mall of Emirates.
- Guests can rent lockers for AED 35.
- An ATM is available within the premises for visitors to use.
- First aid services are available at the park.
- For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not allowed into Ski Dubai.
- Don’t throw snow, as it is sharp and can cause injury.
- Guests under the age of 13, and those using freestyle facilities must wear helmets.
- Don’t run on the snow, as it is slippery in some parts and can result in quite a fall.
- Ensure you wear the warm clothing given at all times.

- Don't waste time waiting in long queues, instead buy your tickets online and in advance for a more hassle-free experience.
- Note that hats and gloves aren’t given, so bring along your own. It is advised that you carry waterproof gloves, as the snow can make your gloves wet.
- The bottoms and jackets given do not have pockets, so if you want to take your phone or camera in, ensure it has a lanyard or a case that allows you to sling it around your neck.
- Carry your wallet along if you’d like to grab a warm drink inside.
- You can also carry along your own warm socks in case your feet get cold very quickly.
- Penguin March is a clear favorite with kids and adults that simply cannot be missed.
- In Ski Dubai: North 28 offers a curated menu with delicious dishes to choose from, alongside a view of the powdery snow covered Snow Park. Avalanche Café and Ice Café offers a warm drinks and snacks to keep you toasty inside the park.
- In Mall of Emirates: Mall of Emirates has a vast number of eateries that will leave you spoilt for choice. From cafes like Läderach Chocolatier Suisse, to restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, and fast food eateries like Taqado Mexican Kitchen, you will find yourself spoilt for choice. And if that’s not enough, you can head to Sheraton or Kempinski close by for a lovely meal.
Apart from the Snow Pro Shop in the park that lets you buy snowboarding and skiing equipment, along with winter wear & sports gear, the Mall of Emirates has plenty of options for you to go shopping.
